All of my therapies and techniques are there to help you reduce pain, manage stress and improve your sense of well-being. I am a qualified Reiki & Seichem Master with over 20 years experience in offering both treatments and courses. I also offer Indian head massage classes.

My treatments include Reiki, Seichem and Hypnotherapy.

Reiki & Seichem
Reiki and Seichem are two words for gentle, hands-on healing. This is a technique for balancing the body’s energies and harnessing the body’s ability to heal itself from within.
Hypnotherapy
I have no desire to control anyone. Hypnotherapy is a way of supporting you to achieve the goals and changes you want to make, helping you to stop smoking or to banish anxiety, for instance.
Courses I Deliver
I run Reiki, Seichem and Indian head massage classes that can be tailored to suit your requirements. I find it works best to keep the classes small and informal.
Why choose Jen?
My favourite place to work is my treatment room in Fulwood, Sheffield, but I have also worked in the rehearsal rooms and dressing rooms of Sheffield Theatres and in various South Yorkshire police stations.
